Chiamo da turista del luogo per un urgenza dermatologica, e chiedo specificamente un appuntamento con specialista in dermatologia/venerologia che è l'unica specializzazione che consente di definire dermatologo un medico. Mi viene fissato l'appuntamento. Per scrupolo controllo sul portale FNOMCEO, e scopro che la dottoressa con la quale mi era stato fissato l'appuntamento non è specialista in dermatologia ma in allergologia che, se forse a tratti pur affine, non é certo ciò che mi era stato garantito. Anche se di lunga esperienza un allergologa non è dermatologa così come una dermatologa non è allergologa a meno che non abbia conseguito entrambe le specialistiche ma ciò non risulta dal portale nazionale. Oltretutto la patologia di cui soffro non ha nulla a vedere con trigger allergeni ma è di origine autoimmune e curabile propriamente solo dal dermatologo. Quindi in pratica mi stavano truffato offrendo un servizio che non era quello che avevo chiesto e cercando di farlo passare come tale. Moreover, the pathology I suffer from has nothing to do with allergen triggers but is of autoimmune origin and can only be properly treated by the dermatologist.
