★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il supermercato è abbastanza piccolo e le offerte sono poche, ma si trova un po' di tutto. Ho faticato a trovare un carrello libero, infatti penso dovrebbero metterne qualcuno in più. Per il resto, prezzi poco sopra la media della zona. Più che altro da sfruttare per una spesa frugale.
 The supermarket is quite small and offers are few, but there is a bit of everything. I struggled to find a free cart, in fact I think they should put someone more. For the rest, prices just above the average in the area. More than anything else to be exploited for frugal spending.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L’ostilità del personale alle casse (in particolar modo di una signora bionda sempre abbronzata, ma di un po’ di tutti) potrebbe essere presa come esempio di come non ci si relaziona col pubblico: sguardo torvo, fatica a rispondere al saluto, oggetti scansionati e buttati con sgarbo. Molto meglio il personale ai reparti. Per il resto supermercato nella media, molto comodo il parcheggio nel retro.
The hostility of the staff at the cash desks (especially of a blonde woman who is always tanned, but a little bit of everyone) could be taken as an example of how we do not relate to the public: glare, difficulty responding to greetings, objects scanned and thrown out with rudeness. The staff in the departments are much better. For the rest, average supermarket, very convenient parking in the back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prezzi superiori alla media (per lo stesso identico prodotto per marca e confezione) rispetto a qualsiasi supermercato anche in posizione migliore. Minore scelta e quantità di prodotti. Locale abbastanza triste, illuminazione, percorsi, arredi (scaffalature) e ambientazione da rivedere.
Above average prices (for the exact same product by brand and packaging) compared to any supermarket even in a better position. Less choice and quantity of products. Quite sad place, lighting, paths, furnishings (shelves) and setting to be reviewed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buon assortimento e prezzi nella media peccato per il personale alla cassa:
- brusco e scortese
- non chiede se hai la tessera loro così non ti scontano le promozioni
- se paghi con carta di credito e glielo dici pure, se ne fregano e la passano come bancomat
No grazie, prima cambiano personale e poi, FORSE, ci ritorno..
Good assortment and average prices shame for the staff at the checkout:
- curt and rude
- does not ask if you have their card so you do not discount promotions
- if you pay by credit card and tell them as well, they don't care and pass it as an ATM
No thanks, first they change staff and then, MAYBE, I'll go back ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'ultimo storico supermercato di Botticino, Un luogo dove la cortesia è di casa. Importante la macelleria interna ed il banco formaggi e salumi. Interessante anche lo spazio dedicato ai prodotti biologici.
The last historic Botticino supermarket, a place where courtesy is at home. Important is the internal butchery and the cheese and salami counter. The space dedicated to organic products is also interesting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abito vicino e frequento il negozio da molti anni. È un buon punto di riferimento per i prodotti offerti e per la cortesia del personale. Dopo un periodo un po' in ribasso, ora ha cambiato disposizione e ha ripreso vita. Anche il reparto ortofrutta, punto un po' più debole da sempre, ha nuovo slancio. Ottima il reparto rosticceria.
I live nearby and have been going to the shop for many years. It is a good point of reference for the products offered and for the courtesy of the staff. After a bit of a downturn, it has now changed its mind and has come back to life. Even the fruit and vegetable department, which has always been a bit weaker point, has new momentum. The rotisserie department is excellent.
