Consulto sempre il volantino prima di andare a fare spesa, e la maggior parte delle volte quello che cerco non è esposto o era stato esposto e lo scaffale è ora vuoto, persino nei primi giorni di promozione (perché capisco che i pezzi possano terminare se si fa la spesa verso la fine del periodo del volantino). Inoltre ho notato che in genere tendono a mettere prodotti molto costosi in mezzo ai prodotti in offerta senza segnalare il prezzo da nessuna parte. Mi è capitato oggi con un pacco di biscotti (non artigianali, eh) in mezzo ad altri prodotti in offerta : chiedo in cassa e per un pacco di 500g chiedevano quasi 4 euro. Sono andata a riporlo, ma magari qualcuno ci sarebbe cascato, vedendo tutti gli altri prezzi nettamente più bassi. The staff are very helpful and the offers they make are very good, but I must absolutely criticize the high prices of the merchandise not on sale and, above all, I have noticed the poor supply of products on offer. I always consult the flyer before I go shopping, and most of the time what I'm looking for is not on display or had been displayed and the shelf is now empty, even in the first few days of the promotion (because I understand that the pieces can run out if you shopping towards the end of the flyer period). Also I have noticed that they generally tend to put very expensive products in the middle of the products on offer without reporting the price anywhere. It happened to me today with a packet of biscuits (not artisanal, eh) in the midst of other products on offer: I ask at the cashier and for a pack of 500g they were asking for almost 4 euros. I went to put it away, but maybe someone would have fallen for it, seeing all the other prices much lower.

Oggi 20 dicembre 2021 ho comprato un articolo e arrivata a casa mi sono accorta che era scaduto il 13 novembre 2021. Sono subito tornata indietro e segnalato alla cassiera, lei senza neanche una parola (scusa o mi dispiace) me l'ha sostituto. Non essendo purtroppo la prima volta che mi capita,mi sono sentita di consigliarle in generale, di stare più attente. Lei mi ha risposto che è una cosa normale e che capita. Ero allibita. Non ci tornerò più. Personale spesso scortese anche in altre occasioni. I've been shopping here for a few years now.
