★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia critica, è determinata dalla assoluta mancanza di chiarezza nella descrizione dei lavori da fare per attivare un contratto fibra. Tra il primo e il secondo appuntamento con i tecnici, mi sono state date indicazioni diverse sui lavori da fare per poter proseguire nella installazione della fibra di Open Fiber dentro il mio appartamento: nel primo caso hanno ispezionato la canalina esistente nelle scale (quella della messa a terra) e mi hanno detto che l'unico lavoro che avrei dovuto affrontare sarebbe stato quello di liberarla dalle ostruzionism; al secondo incontro, mi dicono che c'è bisogno di una canalina dedicata e gli accessi agli appartamenti già fatti.
Se lo avessero comunicato prima, non avrei fatto parte dei lavori.
Io rimango senza internet in questo momento!
P.s. Probabilmente dovrò optare per l'annullamento del contratto con uno degli operatori collegati.
My criticism is determined by the absolute lack of clarity in the description of the work to be done to activate a fiber contract. Between the first and second appointment with the technicians, I was given different indications on the work to be done in order to continue with the installation of the Open Fiber fiber inside my apartment: in the first case they inspected the existing duct in the stairs (that of the ashore) and they told me that the only job I would have to face would be to free her from obstructionism; at the second meeting, they tell me that there is a need for a dedicated duct and the accesses to the apartments already made.
If they had communicated it earlier, I would not have been part of the work.
I'm running out of internet right now!
P.s. I will probably have to opt for the cancellation of the contract with one of the linked operators.
