★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale veramente non competente e inaffidabile sono venuti per attivare una linea mi hanno fatto perdere la giornata di lavoro e mi hanno chiamato sensa venire e mi hanno detto che non si poteva attivare per eccesiva distanza cosa impossibile perche accanto a me abita mio cugino che ha la stessa offerta provo a chiamare ma non risponde nessuno e poi ho sentito che il mio non e il primo caso sempre con sielte perciò credo che questa gente non è affatto affidabile ma poi chiamo e nessuno che risponde per darmi delle spiegazioni bhoo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Possono anche essere preparati ma accortezza zero mi hanno ammaccato la macchina sia a me che a mio padre è uno schifo...questo non è saper lavorare perché non puoi aggiustare una cosa e romperne altre . È praticamente impossibile per caricare una scala dare un colpo nel cofano della macchina oppure aprire un tombino e appoggiare il tombino in una macchina complimenti per la grande professionalità .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professionalità ZERO. prendo appuntamento con loro per installazione dell'adsl, il giorno stabilito li aspetto perdendo anche un giorno di lavoro. Ricevo tre chiamate dove rimangono in assoluto silenzio facendo finta che non mi prendeva (quando io sono cliente Tim e le altre chiamate le ricevo benissimo!!!) E l'unica cosa che mi sento dire è: due minuti e la richiamo. Bene NON SOLO NON HANNO CHIAMATO PIU MA NEANCHE SI SONO FATTI VIVI!!!! preso un altro appuntamento vengono e con maleducazione neanche installano il filo. Una vergogna proprio!!
ZERO professionalism. I make an appointment with them to install the ADSL, on the appointed day I wait for them, even losing a day of work. I receive three calls where they remain in absolute silence, pretending that she did not take me (when I am a customer of Tim and I receive the other calls very well !!!) And the only thing I hear is: two minutes and I call her back. Well NOT ONLY THEY HAVE NOT CALLED ANYMORE BUT EVEN THEY HAVE COME ALIVE !!!! made another appointment they come and with rudeness they don't even install the wire. A real shame !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale veramente poco garbato sin dal primo impatto, se c'è un problema al 99% faranno in modo da non superarlo, molto poca accortezza nei confronti del cliente "della serie se il cliente non mi risponde al telefono prima dell'appuntamento io non ci vado". Non posso neppure valutare la professionalitá in quanto per fortuna non ci sono neppure arrivati. Mi dispiace molto averci avuto a che fare spero mai più.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ho mai "visto" un'azienda di telecomunicazioni così scarsamente reperibile per quanto riguarda la sede di Palermo
Non rispondono né alle mail né al telefono.
In data 24 Settembre avrebbero dovuto sostituire in un orario compreso tra le 12 e le 16 il contatore del servizio elettrico nazionale con uno di nuova generazione.
Rimaniamo in casa per tutto questo tempo, con il risultato che non è venuto nessun tecnico ad effettuare l'operazione.
Chiamo il numero verde e su indicazione dell'operatrice attendo sino alle 20.
Nada de nada.
Avendo dovuto smontare un mobile per consentire l'operazione di sostituzione,
ad oggi mi ritrovo con lo stesso in mezzo alla stanza senza sapere se verranno o quando verranno!!!!
Ma che serietà e modo di operare è?!?
Devo cambiare la valutazione data con la recensione precedente che era molto negativa.
Dopo esser stato contattato telefonicamente il giorno prima per fissare un appuntamento, ieri alle 16 è venuto il tecnico, persona molto garbata e professionale.
Tutto in perfetto orario, sostituzione effettuata, problema risolto.

I have to change the rating given with the previous review which was very negative.
After having been contacted by telephone the day before to make an appointment, yesterday at 4 pm the technician came, a very polite and professional person.
All on time, replacement done, problem solved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho avuto un guasto alla rete internet di casa, la sielte è introvabile!! i guasti gestiti dagli operatori telecom velocissimi ottimi e funzionali, la sielte sembra un azienda mitologica, un numero di telefono su internet peccato che se li chiami inesistente!! sono da due settimane senza internet a casa, nonostante la vodafone abbia fatto diversi solleciti!!!! purtroppo non posso definirvi neanche incapaci......la parola piu' appropriata.....INESISTENTI!!!!
