Confusione totale: appuntamento fissato per il giorno 30 settembre, il servizio clienti Fastweb in Albania che al telefono afferma invece che l'appuntamento è previsto per il giorno 3 ottobre, il tecnico Sielte che afferma invece che l'appuntamento è fissato per il giorno 1 ottobre! Il tutto dopo aver già mancato un altro appuntamento a causa di "armadietto sbagliato" (testuali parole del tecnico). Morale della favola: contratto risolto e addio fastweb. Quando sentite Sielte, SCAPPATE A GAMBE LEVATE.
PESSIMO service. For the second time in ten days, the agreed appointment for Fastweb activation is missing.
Total confusion: appointment set for September 30th, the Fastweb customer service in Albania that on the phone affirms instead that the appointment is scheduled for October 3rd, the technician Sielte who states instead that the appointment is set for day 1 October! All this after having already missed another appointment due to "wrong locker" (textual words of the technician). Moral of the story: contract terminated and goodbye fastweb. When you hear Sielte, SCAPPATE A LEGED LEGS.
