★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato a consegnare un pacco che dovevo restituire al mittente visto che fanno servizio per la DHL. La signora al banco, una volta ritirato il pacco (con contenuto di un certo valore), mi ha rilasciato, per ricevuta consegna, un foglio con una firma completamente illegibile, .... uno "scarabocchio". Le chiedo quale fosse il suo nome visto che la firma è praticamente anonima e non si evince a chi consegno il pacco e lei si rifiuta di dirlo. Poi con fare fortemente scocciato, mi strappa con forza il foglio dalle mani, con un comportamento che non ha nulla di femminile, ma più assimilabile con quello di un fruttivendolo ambulante, e mi torna il foglio con un timbro, borbottando del fatto che le abbia chiesto il cognome. È un comportamento poco professionale e scorretto nei confronti dei clienti. Se uno è trasparente perchè si rifiuta di essere riconoscibile?
Speriamo che il pacco artivi a destinazione. Pessimo.
I went to deliver a package that I had to return to the sender since they do service for DHL. The lady at the counter, once she collected the package (with contents of a certain value), gave me, for delivery receipt, a sheet with a completely illegible signature, .... a "scribble". I ask her what her name was since the signature is practically anonymous and it is not clear to whom I deliver the package and she refuses to say it. Then, very annoyed, he forcefully tears the sheet from my hands, with a behavior that has nothing feminine, but more similar to that of a street greengrocer, and he returns the sheet to me with a stamp, mumbling about the fact that he has asked for the surname. It is unprofessional and unfair behavior towards customers. If one is transparent why does he refuse to be recognizable?
We hope that the package arrives at its destination. Bad.

Dovevo fare un reso di un prodotto Vodafone, tramite DHL. Mi indicano due opzioni, pagare 2 EURO e fanno tutto, oppure andare su un link da loro indicato, seguire il sito e tornare con un foglio stampato da inserire nel pacco. Mi metto in disparte due secondi e in meno di 5 (secondi) faccio già tutto e il sito Vodafone (associato a DHL) mi informa che posso tranquillamente mostrare il QR Code presente nella pagina del sito. Il ragazzo lato laboratorio cellulari indispettito insiste che non è così, faccio leggere la cosa ad una sua collega e senza fiatare fa quello che era giusto fare.
Atteggiamento poco professionale, indisponente e "truffaldino".
1 stella ed è pure troppo.
