I commerciali e i tecnici con i quali l'azienda si è mostrata si sono distinti per la loro serietà e capacità ...con i loro prodotti mai avuto bisogno dell'assistenza.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non chiamateli. Sono stati chiamati dai miei genitori che hanno già un allarme per farlo controllare. Hanno fatto un lavoro di 15 minuti. Poi con la scusa di proporre un nuovo preventivo si sono fermati un'ora in più raccontando anche situazioni di altri clienti.
Poi hanno mandato un conto di oltre 150 euro. I miei genitori hanno oltre 80 anni. Metterò in mano all'avvocato.
Vergognatevi.
Don't call them. They were called by my parents who already have an alarm to get it checked. They did a 15 minute job. Then, with the excuse of proposing a new quote, they stopped for an extra hour, also talking about other customers' situations.
Then they sent a bill of over 150 euros. My parents are over 80 years old. I'll put it in the lawyer's hand.
