★ ★ ★ ★ ★ State alla larga, dopo un'anno e mezzo di incartamenti dicono che ne mancano ancora. Non so quante volte abbiamo spedito le stesse cose e continuano a dire che mancano. Centralinisti maleducati e o sono pagati per fingere di non sapere niente o sono semplicemente incompetenti.

Terrible ... After 5 calls to the call center I am point and headed. Each of the switchboard operators has a different indication ... Policy result expired two months ago and still no documents appear to them ...
