★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono gentilissimi se compri e tutto funziona, purtroppo ha me non è successo così. Una centrale della Bentel ha un guasto di fabbrica, la centrale non viene sostituita ma bisogna smontarla e mandarla in bentel per la riparazione. Tempo stimato 1 mese senza centrale. Dopo 2 mesi e qualche telefonata, la centrale rientra non solo con lo stesso guasto ma con un ulteriore guasto ad una zona che risulta inutilizzabile. Mi tengo la centrale guasta ma non voglio più sentir parlare né di Sicurcasa né di Bentel.

They are very kind if you buy and everything works, unfortunately it did not happen to me. A Bentel control unit has a factory failure, the control unit is not replaced but it must be disassembled and sent to the bentel for repair. Estimated time 1 month without central. After 2 months and a few phone calls, the control panel returns not only with the same fault but with a further fault in a zone that is unusable. I keep the control unit out of order but I no longer want to hear about Sicurcasa or Bentel.
