Atenta. Es muy paciente. Resolvió problemas que no eran de ella solucionando situaciones complejas. Conduce muy bien por esas callecitas angostas típicas del lugar. Es muy agradable. Siempre impecable y con muy buen humor. Fue un gusto recorrer Palermo, Cefalú, Taormina, Siracusa, Ragusa y Catania con Alessandra. Volveríamos s contratar sus servicios
Alessandra was our guide for 7 days. Since he picked us up at the Palermo airport until the last day his service was excellent. He speaks excellent Spanish. It is punctual. Responsable. Attentive He is very patient. Solved problems that were not her solving complex situations. Drive very well through those narrow streets typical of the place. It is really nice. Always impeccable and with good humor. It was a pleasure to visit Palermo, Cefalù, Taormina, Siracusa, Ragusa and Catania with Alessandra. We would return s contract their services

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful. In effect stole our money for a day trip they did not deliver. We were asked to nominate a pick up site, which we did. They changed it without telling us it was a change of location, just a hotel name similar to ours so we assumed it was a typo. They gave us an unmanned phone number. They later rang us up and tried to pass the blame on to me and the company we booked with. Shabby. Avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hired for four days, stranded us after two days, with our money. She forced unnecessary physical demands on senior citizens in a heatwave with NO allowances for health issues. It was "hurry-up, hurry-up" and "it's not my fault it's hot!" When we told her about her lack of concern for our health...she vanished. Avoid them like a plague.
