L	Lucas Pascolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assez déçu de la qualité du service. Manque de professionnalisme (ils nous ont proposé un rdv à 10h pour arriver à 12h30). Il nous a fallut 3 jours pour avoir la voiture promise. La 2 EME étoiles est pour la voiture qui était correct. Quite disappointed with the quality of service. Lack of professionalism (they offered us an appointment at 10 am to arrive at 12:30 pm). It took us 3 days to get the promised car. The 2 EME star is for the car which was okay.
N	Niky Bellisario on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza di noleggio, orari di apertura a piacimento. per riuscire a ritirare la macchina nel parcheggio son dovuto tornare 3 volte indietro in sede a 1km di distanza(sotto neve e pioggia). alla fine del noleggio alle ore 11:30 in sede giustamente non era presente nessuno. nonostante la mia puntualita' e il fatto che mi e' stato detto di lasciare l'auto li e le chiavi in un cassetto(che secondo loro doveva essere una keybox davanti all'ufficio, cosa che a me all'inizio del noleggio non mi era stata spiegata e quindi ho lasciato le chiavi nel cassetto dell'auto) mi e' stato addebitato un giorno in piu' di noleggio. Assenza di professionalita'!! Bad rental experience, opening hours at will. to be able to pick up the car in the parking lot I had to go back 3 times back to the site 1km away (under snow and rain). at the end of the rental at 11:30 am nobody was right in the venue. despite my punctuality and the fact that I was told to leave the car there and the keys in a drawer (which according to them was supposed to be a keybox in front of the office, which I did not at the beginning of the rental it had been explained so I left the keys in the car drawer) I was charged for an extra day of rental. Absence of professionalism !!

Personale ricreduto e sgarbato che non si è neanche degnato di aiutare il cliente. Non è la prima volta che affitto macchine/furgoni, ma di sicuro è la prima volta che vengo trattato come una nullità da cliente che ha pagato per poi non poter usufruire del servizio. Reservation number: 584418287 On the site it says one thing, after the online payment, another ... Unpolite and rude staff who did not even deign to help the customer. It is not the first time that I have rented cars / vans, but it is certainly the first time that I am treated as a nullity by a customer who has paid and then cannot use the service.
G	Giovanni Pane on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho noleggiato una Renault Zoe elettrica e sono stato davvero molto soddisfatto del servizio. L'auto era praticamente nuova ed il canone di noleggio per 3 settimane, davvero molto conveniente considerando che le ricariche alle colonnine erano incluse nel prezzo. Un sincero complimento per Mattia che mi ha addirittura raggiunto alla colonnina per aiutarmi ad effettuare la prima ricarica. Inoltre è stato sempre disponibile su whatsapp anche durante i weekend. Un servizio davvero impeccabile. Onestamente a malincuore non dò 5 stelle solo perché anche io, per la riconsegna dell'auto, ho dovuto parcheggiare sulla strada un'auto da 40.000 euro e restituire la chiave al portiere di un hotel in quanto la Box era troppo piccola per la chiave stessa. Ma questo mi ha lasciato solo una leggera preoccupazione data che confido nell'altra professionalità del personale. Sicuramente al rientro dagli Stati Uniti, mi rivolgerò nuovamente a Mattia per un altro noleggio e magari nuovamente per la Zoe. I rented an electric Renault Zoe and was very satisfied with the service. The car was practically new and the rental fee for 3 weeks, very convenient considering that the refills at the columns were included in the price. A sincere compliment to Mattia who even joined me at the column to help me carry out the first recharge. It was also always available on whatsapp even on weekends. A truly impeccable service. Honestly, I reluctantly do not give 5 stars just because I too, to return the car, had to park a 40,000 euro car on the street and return the key to a hotel concierge as the box was too small for the key itself . But this left me with only a slight concern given that I trust in the other professionalism of the staff. Surely upon returning from the United States, I will contact Mattia again for another rental and maybe again for Zoe.

Sono rientrato a mezzanotte..e il contratto é stato chiuso alle 10:30.(da fattura) La risposta é stata che il satellitare gestisce il tutto.. Mi dispiace perché in zona sono gli unici ad avere prezzi concorrenziali e tanta scelta..ma a distanza di 10 giorni, foto dei km e l'orario..foto della fattura con i km coincidenti e l'orario..il "non é colpa nostra ma del satellite" mi manda in bestia! Provavo a chiamare il numero scritto sulla vetrina e nessuno rispondeva ho impiegato più di un'ora per trovare un parcheggio senza un minimo di assistenza. Sicily car nelle altre regioni non ha questo servizio,direi che il caso che vi mettiate a lavorare come fanno le altre regioni On the site it was written open and I arrived to return the car and I found it closed. I tried to call the number written on the window and no one answered. It took me more than an hour to find a parking space without a minimum of assistance. Sicily car in the other regions does not have this service, I would say that the case is that you get to work as the other regions do

I found many car rental companies here did not allow that. I also did a long-term rental with Sicily by Car and the staff has been very helpful in accommodating my needs.
