★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto la sfortuna di avere a che fare con questo signor Andrea per la pavimentazione esterna di un locale.
Inizialmente si presenta molto gentile e cordiale presentando il prodotto veramente bene. La realtà è però ben diversa:
1. Utilizza materiali molto piu scadenti rispetto a quelli che propone. Anche la marca è diversa.
2. Dopo soli 2 mesi, l’intero pavimento si è tutto allineato. In alcuni casi si sono formate delle crepe, in altri ancora non è stata calcolata la giusta pendenza e quando piove l’acqua non va piu via formando una pozzanghera, o forse piscina.
3. Per alcuni giorni in cantiere non si faceva vivo nessuno della sua squadra, senza nemmeno avvisare.
4. Al momento di presentare il conto finale, aveva inserito quasi il doppio dei metri quadrati reali.
5. Sparla continuamente di suo fratello, che per altro fa lo stesso lavoro, dicendo che è una nullità, quando invece la realtà è l’opposta.
Scappate da questo individuo.

3. For a few days no one of his team showed up on the construction site, without even notifying.
4. When submitting the final bill, he had entered almost double the real square meters.
5. Spread continuously of his brother, who does the same job for another, saying that it is a nullity, when instead reality is the opposite.
Run away from this individual.
