Mi hanno ripetuto all'infinito che non hanno tempo da perdere sia durante la prevendita e soprattutto dopo aver riscontrato difetti sull'oggetto.il loro tempo é solo denaro, la soddisfazione del cliente non conta niente. PS voglio ricordare che su ebay mette la scheda di un prodotto (bidet e gabinetto)poi ne vende un altro. Il pannello doccia era tutto ammaccato ma non sappiamo ancora se é stato venduto così oppure é colpa dell'idraulico, la colpa é solo nostra che dopo l'acquisto non l'abbiamo controllato. Comunque dopo i chiarimenti con il signore Laneri mi ha detto che il corpo doccia lo sostituiva con uno meno rovinato e si sarebbe fatto vivo dopo 20 minuti. Invece l'indomani mi trovo bloccata su whatsapp con nessuna risposta. Inoltre il pannello della doccia durante la vendita non é mai stato visualizzato solo alcuni pezzi che ne facevano parte . la sua versione qui sotto non è del tutto veritiera .
