Nice and welcoming guys, helpful and courteous, well-stocked shop, you can find a bit of everything for the various consoles, new and used games, I'm not from Palermo but when I'm in the city I often pass by now :)

Impeccabile il servizio riparazioni.
Ero stato avvisato dal personale che ci sarebbero stati probabilmente riscontri negativi nella riparazione della mia switch vista l'entità del problema ma al ritiro nulla di quello su cui mi avevano messo in guardia si è avverato, la console è impeccabile.
(Aggiungo che nei 90 giorni successivi al ritiro è valida la garanzia nel caso il problema si ripresenti)
Inoltre mi era stato detto che ci sarebbero voluti 8 giorni ma solo 2 giorni dopo ho ricevuto la chiamata che mi avvisava che la console era pronta al ritiro.
Aggiungo in conclusione che il tecnico è estremamente disponibile nei confronti del cliente.
Impossibile lamentarsi.

The repair service is impeccable.
I had been warned by the staff that there would probably be negative feedbacks in the repair of my switch given the extent of the problem but on withdrawal nothing of what they had warned me about came true, the console is flawless.
(I add that in the 90 days following the withdrawal the guarantee is valid in case the problem recurs)
Also I was told that it would take 8 days but only 2 days later I received the call telling me that the console was ready for pickup.
I add in conclusion that the technician is extremely helpful towards the customer.
Impossible to complain.
