★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato due teste di moro dalla sig. Maria Dragonetti ma essendoci in viaggio in Sicilia e dovendo partire con l'aereo ho scelto la spedizione a domicilio. Essendoci passate 3 settimane dalla data d'acquisto e 2 dalla convenzione che avevamo fato per la spedizione e non avendo ancora ricevuto il pacco, ho contattato il show room . In realtà le mie teste di moro (già pagate da 3 settimane) non sono state nemmeno spedite !!!!!! Sono estremamente delusa dalla non curanza nei confronti delle condizione pattuite al momento dell'acquisto. Augurandomi che a presto io possa ricevere le ceramiche (stesse medesime che io ho acquistato-perché adesso viene a mancare anche la fiducia) spero di poter scrivere un' altra recessione migliore. Per adesso do 1 stella ma solo perché non si possono dare 0
I bought two dark heads by Mrs. Maria Dragonetti but since we are traveling in Sicily and having to leave by plane, I have chosen to send it home. There being past three weeks from the date of purchase and 2 in the agreement that we had fate of the goods and not having yet received the package, I contacted the show room. Actually my dark brown heads (already paid for 3 weeks) have not even been sent !!!!!! I am extremely disappointed by the lack of attention to the conditions agreed upon at the time of purchase. Hoping that soon I will be able to receive the ceramics (the same ones that I purchased - because now the trust is also lacking) I hope to be able to write another better recession. For now I give 1 star but only because you can't give 0
