Evito di fare il lungo elenco dell’inadeguatezza del vostro servizio, di cui lei è perfettamente a conoscenza avendone parlato personalmente, e più volte. Le rispondo nel merito. Dopo un anno di contratto, un lunghissimo anno, con la vostra agenzia che prevedeva, ripeto PREVEDEVA PER CONTRATTO, che l’appartamento fosse libero a 6 MESI, siete arrivati (all’ultima settimana di contratto con la vostra agenzia) con una proposta più bassa del prezzo di vendita concordato. La nostra disponibilità a lasciare libero in poco tempo l’appartamento era riferita, COME LEI BEN SA, ad una proposta economica ADEGUATA. Riassumendo, per essere chiarissima: SE L’OFFERTA CORRISPONDE ALLA CIFRA RICHIESTA, ALLORA LA DISPONIBILITA’ (eventualmente ,e a nostra assoluta discrezione), CI SAREBBE POTUTA ESSERE. Ma se l’offerta E’ PIU’ BASSA DI QUANTO DA NOI RICHIESTO, COME IN QUESTO CASO, INVECE NO. NON SI PUO’ AVERE SIA L’UOVO CHE LA GALLINA SIG. MESSINA. Di tutto questo lei è perfettamente a conoscenza, quindi eviti , da qui in poi, di rigirare le carte a suo piacimento e accetti la questione per quella che è. Del resto, vedo qui, passa il tempo a minacciare di azioni legali ogni parere negativo. E’ davvero poco professionale.. Non vogliono dire al telefono, quale sia il numero civico dei loro alloggi (chissà per quale motivo). Come Agenzia Immobiliare, avete il dovere di informare il cliente che vi porge un quesito sia telefonicamente che di persona! Mancanza di professionalità.
