E' la prima volta, visto che di solito per lei la tolettatura era momento di grande stress. Consigliatissima! Very nice girl and very prepared, I took my Golden to wash and since then when we go out for a walk she always stops in front of the shop. It is the first time, since grooming was usually a time of great stress for her. Highly recommended!

La mia cagnolona profuma ancora a distanza di più di una settimana e mantiene un pelo morbidissimo. Ve lo stra consiglio!!! A	Augusto Rorschack on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza abbastanza mediocre, non come toelettatura ma come rifugio per la mia gatta, ricordo alle gentili signorine che noi paghiamo per questo servizio non ci state facendo nessuno favore, e a mio avviso, una gatta è i suoi accessori vanno restituiti così come li si è lasciati. Per carità, la gatta è stata bene da quello che ho visto nei continui aggiornamenti della proprietaria del rifugio, mi sono fidato cecamente, ma il problema è sempre il solito, I SOLDI andate in overbooking per le feste di natale e non siete capaci di gestire la situazione, riportandnomi a casa una lettiera sporca in maniera indecente. Nessuno vi mette il coltello alla gola non siete le paladine che salvano il mondo, chiedere aiuto o ammettere i propri errori e diciamo anche un bagno di umiltà, non può farvi che bene. Fairly mediocre experience, not as a grooming but as a refuge for my cat, I remind the nice ladies that we pay for this service you are not doing us any favors, and in my opinion, a cat and her accessories must be returned as they were left . For heaven's sake, the cat was fine from what I saw in the continuous updates of the owner of the shelter, I trusted blindly, but the problem is always the same, THE MONEY you overbook for the Christmas holidays and you are not able to manage the situation, bringing home a dirty litter in an indecent way. Nobody puts a knife to your throat you are not the champion who saves the world, asking for help or admitting your mistakes and let's say a bath of humility, it can only do you good.
