A	ALESSANDRA CONVERTINI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza: appena entrati in spa, io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo avvertito bruciore agli occhi e, poco dopo, abbiamo cominciato a starnutire e ad avere fastidi anche alla gola. Abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni alla ragazza che ha confermato che anche lei avvertiva gli stessi sintomi e ci ha detto che probabilmente la causa scatenante era il cloro. Tuttavia, non riuscendo a trovare una soluzione se non quella di aprire la finestra superiore, siamo stati costretti a bere la nostra tisana in corridoio, poiché l'aria continuava ad essere irrespirabile ed i sintomi peggioravano sempre più. In seguito abbiamo fatto il massaggio ma è stata un'esperienza tutt'altro che rilassante perché, nonostante le massaggiatrici fossero brave, avevamo difficoltà respiratorie. In serata abbiamo parlato telefonicamente con il titolare il quale, minimizzando il tutto, ci ha detto che i sintomi sarebbero scomparsi entro la sera. In realtà abbiamo continuato ad avere bruciore agli occhi, dolore alla gola e tosse per più di 3 giorni e, approfondendo il tutto, ci è stata confermata la diagnosi di intossicazione da cloro. Non ci saremmo mai aspettati che potesse accadere una cosa del genere in un posto tanto decantato per essere uno dei migliori centri benessere: minimizzare, non verificare che sia tutto a posto prima di accogliere dei clienti o, peggio ancora, accoglierli nonostante si sia consapevoli di problemi seri che possono arrecare danni alla salute, non permette l'esistenza delle condizioni di sicurezza e affidabilità che un centro benessere dovrebbe avere, a patto che di centro benessere si possa parlare. Bad experience: as soon as we entered the spa, my boyfriend and I felt a burning sensation in our eyes and, shortly after, we started sneezing and also having pain in the throat. We asked the girl for an explanation and she confirmed that she was also experiencing the same symptoms and told us that chlorine was probably the trigger. However, unable to find a solution other than to open the upper window, we were forced to drink our herbal tea in the corridor, as the air continued to be unbreathable and the symptoms got worse and worse. Afterwards we had the massage but it was a far from relaxing experience because, although the masseuses were good, we had difficulty breathing. In the evening we spoke by phone with the owner who, minimizing everything, told us that the symptoms would disappear by the evening. In fact, we continued to have burning eyes, pain in the throat and cough for more than 3 days and, furthering it all, the diagnosis of chlorine poisoning was confirmed. We never expected that such a thing could happen in a place so vaunted to be one of the best wellness centers: minimize, not check that everything is in place before welcoming customers or, worse yet, welcoming them despite being aware of serious problems that can cause damage to health, does not allow the existence of the conditions of safety and reliability that a wellness center should have, as long as we can speak of a wellness center.

Inizialmente ero titubante avendo letto di alcune esperienze negative riguardo il cloro, doveva essere una sorpresa ed un regalo, non volevo fare brutta figura e non l ho fatta!! Assolutamente non ho riscontrato nulla e la permanenza è stata molto piacevole, avevamo la spa in esclusiva ed il massaggio di 55 minuti è stato molto rilassante. Permanenza piacevole ed il personale molto gentile mi hanno aiutato con la sorpresa alla mia compagna!! Initially I was hesitant having read about some negative experiences about chlorine, it had to be a surprise and a gift, I didn't want to make a bad impression and I didn't! Absolutely I did not find anything and the stay was very pleasant, we had the exclusive spa and the 55 minute massage was very relaxing.
