T	TROPICALISMO DANCE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ esperienza da non ripetere! premetto che ero gia stata in questa spa anni fa e l avevo consigliata ad altri amici e parenti ma dopo questa volta sicuramente non ci tornerò piu! unica nota positiva l accoglienza e la cordialità di chi ci lavora. la struttura è completamente allp sbando! niente manutenzione, niente pulizia. un' esperienza da non ripetere! abbiamo deciso di andar via prima del previsto.. effettivamente già dall ingresso avevamo notato uno spiacevole odore di umido, scendendo era evidente lo stato di abbandono della struttura, arrivati all' interno le pareti piene di umidità non erano il massimo ma il.peggio è arrivato quando entrando nell idromassaggjo freddo abbiamo acceso l idromassaggio e siamo stati avvolti da una puzza di fogna pazzesca. experience not to be repeated! Io e la mia amica siamo state benissimo, ci siamo rilassate e abbiamo tanto gradito le coccole ricevute dalle operatrici. L'accoglienza all'ingresso impeccabile! Semplicemente Grazie di tutto Elementaspa I spent 3 hours of healthy relaxation with a complete wellness program and a fabulous 50-minute relaxation massage. Le informazioni ricevute sono state disattese tutte invece da quello che abbiamo trovato. Appena entrati ho sentito subito un forte odore di umidità e di chiuso; L'ambiente non era riscaldato, Il pavimento era viscido, L'acqua dell'idromassaggio ghiacciata per non parlare delle sedute della vasca scivolose e il getto inesistente. E per concludere l'area relax fredda con una tisana ai frutti rossi per niente calda e la frutta concordata dov'era? Mai più. I was in this place on March 24th, I booked by phone asking for information about the treatments. The information received was all rejected by what we found. As soon as I entered I immediately felt a strong smell of damp and closed; The environment was not heated, The floor was slimy, The water in the whirlpool ice cold, not to mention the slippery bath seats and the non-existent jet. A	Angela Scelzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La struttura è molto carina, ma molto trascurata.... spogliatoio freddo senza riscaldamento, l acqua nell' idromassaggio fredda non è piacevole starsi all interno...sará tattica forse...l accappatoio ci è stato dato tutto bagnato....per quanto riguarda i massaggi, le ragazze sono molto cordiali e preparate. Avevamo un trattamento corpo con i fanghi ma a fine percorso ci è stato detto che l' avevano sostituito con il trattamento scrub senza lasciarci possibilità di scelta nonostante avessimo pagato quello con i fanghi. The structure is very nice, but very neglected .... cold changing room without heating, the water in the cold whirlpool is not pleasant to stay inside ... maybe it will be tactical ... the bathrobe was given to us all wet ... . as for the massages, the girls are very friendly and prepared. We had a body treatment with mud but at the end of the journey we were told that they had replaced it with the scrub treatment without leaving us any choice even though we had paid for the one with mud.

L'area relax dove si prende la tisana al culmine del percorso spa è freddissima, non affatto accogliente come ultima tappa.Il tutto si termina in uno spogliatoio gelido dove fare la doccia con cosmetici personali. Nulla è messo a dispozione della struttura ad eccezione di due asciugamani. The place is all in all nice but the spa is small to hold the many couples that enter. The water in the hot tub should have been between 30 and 40 ° but maybe it was 20 and despite the request to heat the response was not pleasant. The relaxation area where you take the herbal tea at the top of the spa itinerary is very cold, not at all welcoming as a last stop, all ending in an icy changing room where you can take a shower with personal cosmetics. B	Beatrice Daddato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prenotata con un mese di anticipo per la mia disponibilità solo di sabato, posso dire che telefonicamente sono stati molto accoglienti, disponibili e precisi nel dare tutte le informazioni. Arrivati a destinazione, grazie al navigatore, direi che dovrebbero curare di più le insegne esterne molto sbiadite. L'interno è un mondo a parte, tutto curato nei minimi dettagli, spa piccola ma dotata di tutto. Poche pecche tra cui la doccia emozionale poco funzionale, l'accappatoio umido già quando te lo consegnano e l'acqua un po' più calda nella vasca idromassaggio. Complimenti al personale, soprattutto alle massaggiatrice molto professionali. Booked a month in advance for my availability only on Saturdays, I can say that by telephone they were very welcoming, helpful and precise in giving all the information. Once arrived at their destination, thanks to the navigator, I would say that they should take better care of the very faded external signs. The interior is a world apart, all with attention to the smallest details, a small spa equipped with everything. Few flaws including the impractical emotional shower, the wet bathrobe already when they give it to you and the slightly warmer water in the whirlpool tub. Kudos to the staff, especially the very professional masseuses.
