★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza meravigliosa, si percepisce sin dal primo boccone la ricerca di materie prime di ottima qualità e l'amore nella preparazione dei piatti, cibo squisito e sapori ben equilibrati. Unica pecca è l'attesa un po' lunga ma ci ritornerò sicuramente!
 Wonderful experience, from the first bite you can feel the search for high quality raw materials and the love in the preparation of the dishes, exquisite food and well-balanced flavors. The only flaw is the wait a bit long but I will definitely be back!

La disponibilità dei cibi nei piatti,. Per essere la prima volta in un ristorante Vega ho apprezzato tutto.
A suitable place to enjoy different foods. The very kind lady, each course explained the dishes with the various ingredients. I really liked elderberry extract, sweet but on its own. The availability of food on the plates. For being the first time in a Vega restaurant I enjoyed everything.

Cozy, informal restaurant in the historic center of Brescia. The tasting menu with 1 appetizer, 2 first courses, 2 second courses, dessert. All exquisite, genuine and surprising for the taste and goodness. Very good ? ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non essendo né vegetariana né tantomeno vegana, ero convinta che avrei mangiato male e che non mi sarei saziata con una cena in questo ristorante. Invece mi sono ritrovata in un ambiente molto accogliente, caldo e rilassante. Ho preso il menù degustazione e ho trovato tutte le portate squisite...con sapori ben equilibrati, cibi davvero ben cucinati e ben impianttati, piacevoli di aspetto e di gusto. Il personale è gentilissimo e alla fine sono rimasta soddisfatta. Ci ritornerò sicuramente nel prossimo futuro.
Being neither vegetarian nor vegan, I was convinced that I would eat badly and that I would not be satisfied with a dinner in this restaurant. Instead I found myself in a very welcoming, warm and relaxing environment. I took the tasting menu and found all the courses exquisite ... with well balanced flavors, really well cooked and well implanted food, pleasant in appearance and taste. The staff is very kind and in the end I was satisfied. I will definitely be returning in the near future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Set menu except dessert which you can choose between 4/5 choices. 1 starter, 2 first courses, 2 second courses, 1 dessert. Tastes great, very polite staff. Relaxing atmosphere. Definitely recommend to try it! Note: they only take cash, but if you forget there is a bank literally 3 min away.
