Servizio: - Approssimazione nella realizzazione di un preventivo economicamente e senza rilasciare nessun documento come prova di acquisto o ordine - Tempi lunghi di produzione di un preventivo - Per sapere che la merce è stata consegna è stato necessario chiamare e al momento della telefonata la merce risultava già in negozio - Ritirata la merce è risultato che mancavano dei pezzi e nel ricontattare il negozio per avere un feedback risultava che lo stesso negozio ne era al corrente e che sarebbero arrivate in un secondo momento - Durante le installazioni è risultato che alcune parti dei prodotti erano mancanti di componenti in dotazione - Alcuni prodotti erano difettati Per tutti questi motivi è stato necessario recarsi al negozio tre volte per recuperare i prodotti non arrivati, reperire la componentistica mancante e sostituire i prodotti difettati. Prodotti: - nel complesso i prodotti sono esteticamente belli ma non di altissima qualità - nello specifico le calotte copri cavo\buco da soffitto in legno sono rifinite male e di difficile installazione Aesthetically beautiful medium quality product, very poor service, medium-high prices. A	Andrea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrivo davanti al negozio con due cagnolini al Guinzaglio , sto per entrare e la commessa mi dice che in negozio con i cagnolini non posso entrare ... bene... sicuramente avete perso un possibile cliente. Nel 2020 ancora non fanno entrare cani in negozio... medioevale a dir poco ??‍♂️ (tra l’altro due cagnolini da 2kg a cane ) ... I arrive in front of the shop with two dogs at the Leash, I am about to enter and the shop assistant tells me that I cannot enter the shop with the dogs ... well ... surely you have lost a possible customer. In 2020 they still don't let dogs into the shop ... medieval to say the least ??‍♂️ (among other things two 2kg dogs per dog) ...
M	Michele Giacomazzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store fornitissimo ??? ci sono andato un giovedì...Barbara gentilissima competente e mooolto paziente...mi spiace ci fosse solo lei...per via delle tempistiche...purtroppo una dipendente che deve gestire più clienti rischia davvero di impazzire a fine giornata...è quasi perfetto...manca l'organizzazione di un servizio consegne magari separato o realizzato in maniera tale da eliminare i tempi di attesa...tipo PICK UP & GO...mentre per i resi consiglio di chiamare prima per evitare lunghe attese...ovvio poi ci sono i clienti tipo il sottoscritto che parte con un idea poi la cambia in corsa ( certo che la vasta scelta aiuta l'indecisione?...cosa positiva per me?...ma forse non per chi aspetta )...e tutto ciò nonostante mi sia informato prima?...esperienza consigliata a chi abita in casa o appartamento in affitto che vuole magari modificare la posizione di alcuni elementi dell'impianto elettrico chiedendo sempre un consiglio all'elettricista di fiducia o a un amico "imparato" che sappia di elettrotecnica o chi ha esperienza...ricordo comunque che esistono normative da rispettare e che la conformità deve essere rilasciata da un elettricista (informatevi)...resta comunque la mia soddisfazione per aver acquistato cose belle in un bel negozio e servito da bella gente?
