Il locale e'molto carino ,due aree distinte e un dehor esterno . servizi igienici puliti ma c'e'un solo bagno ,piccolo e con oltre 40 tavoli se il locale e'pieno ...??? Molto ben arredato ma non rimane intimo ,quelli accanto a me hanno litigato tutto il pranzo e li avevo nell orecchio . Per quanto riguarda il cibo nulla dire ,tutto molto buono ,pesce fresco,riso cotto molto bene . servizio premuroso e gentile . Formula open sushi a 15.00 euro bevande escluse, piccola pecca del menù i piatti classici generalmente richiesti sashimi ,carpaccio, tartarre sono a pagamento. I nigiri sono molto piccoli ma molto buoni . Non e'presente nel menu' nessun piatto di gamberi come secondi se non un tris di gamberi a pagamento . Usano lo zenzero rosa molto buono . Non hanno la salsa agropiccante che io adoro con il riso . Nel complessivo una buona esperienza. Le bacchette erano talmente belle che non ho resistito a portarle via? The nigiri are very small but very good. There is no shrimp dish on the menu as main courses other than a paid three shrimp trio. They use very good pink ginger. Menu ayce a scelta molto molto ristretta (i piatti che mi incuriosivano di più avrei dovuto pagarli a parte) e, seppur con qualche piatto interessante, in linea di massima non c'era molta varietà di scelta. Per la cifra pagata (€25 a persona), ho trovato cibo che non era né presentato bene e nemmeno di qualità, giusto per rendere l'idea: gunkan e nigiri si sfaldavano nel prenderli, alghe wakame con strano retrogusto di igienizzante mani, quasi ovunque hanno messo maionese e varianti della stessa, tartare che venivano presentate con sotto riso bianco (forse avrebbe più senso chiamarle mini-chirashi no?), ecc. Il locale di per sé è carino, forse un po' troppo fighetto. Tuttavia vista l'atmosfera e il mood complessivo, fossi nel proprietario valuterei la possibilità di trasformarlo esclusivamente in location per aperitivi e cocktail, piuttosto che tenerlo come ristorante giapponese. Ayce menu with a very very limited choice (the dishes that intrigued me the most I should have paid for them separately) and, although with some interesting dishes, in general there was not much variety of choice. For the amount paid (€ 25 per person), I found food that was neither presented well nor of quality, just to give an idea: gunkan and nigiri fell apart when taking them, wakame seaweed with a strange aftertaste of hand sanitizer, almost everywhere they put mayonnaise and variations of the same, tartare that were presented with white rice underneath (maybe it would make more sense to call them mini-chirashi right?), etc. The place itself is nice, maybe a little too cool. However, given the atmosphere and the overall mood, if I were the owner I would evaluate the possibility of transforming it exclusively into a location for aperitifs and cocktails, rather than keeping it as a Japanese restaurant.
