I must say that it was a really pleasant surprise to get to know the pasta produced by the Setaccioro pasta factory. The excellent quality reflects the owner's professionalism and availability. Really a great product, absolutely not to be missed.

Devo affermare senza ombra di dubbio che trattasi di un prodotto eccellente e di nicchia; ottima tenuta in cottura e pertanto complimenti alla Sig.ra Sara.
Some time ago I had the opportunity to taste the pasta produced by the SETACCIORO pasta factory and I was particularly impressed; Since I delight in the kitchen I bought various formats. I must say without a doubt that this is an excellent and niche product; excellent cooking resistance and therefore congratulations to Mrs. Sara.
