Ha fatto un lavoro eccellente perchè oltre all'acconciatura mi ha sistemato il taglio ed ha ridato vita ai miei capelli. Consiglio assolutamente questo posto, lo rendono un momento speciale e rilassante senza tralasciare professionalità e qualità . Invece con oltre duecento euro non sono riusciti a rendere il colore che ho chiesto. Il motivo immagino sia perchè Francesca non mi ha ascoltata. Aveva fretta di mescolare subito il decolorante (tra l'altro mi ha bruciato in testa per due giorni e ancora mi prude) seondo le sue idee e non ha atteso che le facessi vedere le foto che stavo cercando sul cellulare e le spiegassi bene cosa volevo. Le ho detto con decisione che volevo essere bionda ma mi ha fatta castana chiara glicine, come piaceva a lei, come pensava stessi bene. Ma i capelli li devo portare io, datemi il tempo di spiegare, ascoltate, usate prodotti che non brucino la cute, non mi interessa il prezzo, il tempo (5 ore), prenoto per tempo. Ma il risultato, se mi ascoltate deve almeno avvicinarsi. Oppure mi ascoltate e dite sin dall'inizio che non si può fare, allora mi alzo e me ne vado. Era la seconda volta lo scorso sabato che uscivo non soddisfatta del colore. La prima ho pensato che dovesse assestarsi quello precedente, e ho portato pazienza. Ma ora ho capito che c'è un difetto di rispetto delle preferenze del cliente e un po' di delirio di onnipotenza. Richiamata per rimediare, la parrucchiera mi ha deriso come un'incompetente, dicendo che lei ha fatto un lavoro perfetto e il problema sono io.
