They made me wait 40 minutes, they didn't know how to cut the fringe, neither did it, in the end I was expecting a discount of at least € 93 to € 90 for waiting but not even that, I went out crying.

Attesa di 30 minuti prima di iniziare, decolorazione ripetuta 3 volte in 5 ore, capelli bruciati in modo irreparabile, taglio fatto con due colpi di forbice in 5 minuti...il tutto per un conto di oltre 220 euro. che per me è immorale. tutte gran sorrisi e moine, sostanza zero. Terrible experience. Waiting 30 minutes before starting, bleaching repeated 3 times in 5 hours, irreparably burned hair, cutting done with two shears in 5 minutes ... all for an account of over 220 euros. which for me is immoral. all great smiles and bland, zero substance.

I was for the first time in this hairdresser, they have proposed a natural henna dye because, though not having covered the white hair I was remade treatment with a different product, without added costs.
