Invece con noi non solo la spedizione è arrivata con ritardo, e quindi non sono stati rispettati i tempi di consegna, ma ci hanno perso anche un cartone con dentro ricordi affettivi di nostra figlia, che purtroppo non potranno essere ricomprati. Sono passati già 6 mesi e del pacco nemmeno l'ombra... Pertanto esperienza assolutamente negativa. We had chosen them because other colleagues had enjoyed it. On the other hand, not only did the shipment arrive late with us, and therefore the delivery times were not respected, but we also lost a cardboard box with emotional memories of our daughter inside, which unfortunately cannot be repurchased. It's already been 6 months and not even the shadow of the package ... Therefore absolutely bad experience.
