Abbiamo concordato via chat, e-mail e telefono con la segretaria, i dettagli della fornitura e programmato un sopralluogo per la definizione puntuale del lavoro da eseguire e a seguito del quale ho scelto, con i consigli di ImpiantieRistrutturazioni, il materiale di mio gradimento e - poiché gli articoli su misura non potevano essere immediatamente disponibili - ho dato l'incarico formale alla impresa e abbiamo effettuato l'ordine dei materiali con consegna prevista a 30 giorni. Una volta ricevuti gli articoli abbiamo messo in agenda la realizzazione del lavoro che si è svolto senza particolari contrattempi o difficoltà: la messa in opera dei nuovi termosifoni è stata realizzata nel rispetto degli accordi. Il ragazzo che si è presentato per "risolvere" il problema, ci chiede come prima cosa se poteva usufruire del bagno per fare i suoi bisogni (rimaniamo un pò stupiti ma acconsentiamo), inizia a lavorare con mascherina abbassata e molta strafottenza. Terminano il lavoro ci chiede 180€ chiediamo di poter pagare con bancomat ma dice che è scarico e che lo ha lasciato in macchina parcheggiando lontano (quando inizialmente aveva affermato di aver parcheggiato davanti i secchi della spazzatura sotto casa) alla fine ci fà un prezzo più basso per sua illecita Convenienza che noi ci vediamo costretti a pagare. La mattina seguente il problema è tornato, abbiamo solo preso i soldi. - HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED - Our toilet was blocked. Il lavoro più complesso (almeno dal mio punto di vista), è stata la creazione dei tubi per la lavastoviglie, e non ho avuto problemi di alcun tipo. Prezzi un pochino alti per me, ma se volete rimediare in maniera definitiva al problema, sono eccellenti. Davvero molto soddisfatta I have used their services several times and each time I had a great time. The most complex job (at least from my point of view) was the creation of the tubes for the dishwasher, and I had no problems whatsoever. Prices a bit high for me, but if you want to permanently remedy the problem, they are excellent. Really very satisfied

Ci tengo ad aggiungere che la fattura è poi arrivata e il ritardo non è stato causato da inadempienza della ditta ma solo un disguido non dipendente dalla loro volontà.
