M	Marco Gatto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venerdì scorso abbiamo chiamato la suddetta ditta per un problema alla caldaia ed è venuto un tecnico a guardarla.Il tecnico è venuto e davanti a me a iniziato a mettere mani alla caldaia,ma non sapeva neanche lui dove mettere mano,perchè accendeva e spengeva la caldaia diverse volte e sentiva se le pompe della caldaia funzionavano.Alla fine secondo lui la caldaia era apposto ma non funzionava,chiama un collega per farsi dare una mano telefonicamente e questo collega gli dice che sono le sonde della caldaia.Attacca la chiamata,ci dice che al momento non aveva le sonde e sarebbero tornati il lunedì per montare le sonde al loro arrivo,la cosa più strana che non ha provato a vedere neanche se fosse quello l'effettivo problema,come gli aveva consigliato il collega telefonicamente,ma raccoglie i suoi attrezzi e rimanda tutto al lunedì lasciandoci al freddo e senza acqua calda.Il lunedì chiamano e rimandano al giorno successivo,arriva un altro tecnico martedì e scopre il vero problema della caldaia cioè le schede bruciate(non le sonde come dal primo intervento fatto)cioè 480€ e da ordinarle.Alla fine visto il pessimo servizio ricevuto ci siamo rivolti ad un altra azienda e abbiamo cambiato la caldaia,per non avere più a che fare con gente non competente nel proprio lavoro.Io sconsiglio vivamente questa servizio assistenza e meno male non ci avremo niente più a che fare. Last Friday we called the aforementioned company for a boiler problem and a technician came to look at it.The technician came and started to put his hands on the boiler in front of me, but he didn't even know where to put his hand, because he switched the boiler several times and he heard if the boiler pumps were working.In the end according to him the boiler was ok but not working, he calls a colleague to get help by phone and this colleague tells him that they are the boiler probes. says that at the moment he did not have the probes and would return on Monday to mount the probes upon their arrival, the strangest thing that he did not try to see even if that was the real problem, as his colleague had advised him by phone, but he collects his tools and sends everything back to Monday leaving us in the cold and without hot water.On Monday they call and refer to the next day, another technician arrives on Tuesday and discovers the real problem of boiler that is the burnt boards (not the probes as from the first intervention done) that is 480 € and to order them.At the end, given the bad service received, we turned to another company and changed the boiler, to no longer have to deal with people not competent in their work. I strongly advise against this assistance service and thank goodness we will have nothing more to do with it.
