★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, hanno iniziato i lavori di ristrutturazione senza occuparsi inizialmente della parte burocratica creando forti ritardi nello svolgimento. Fatture non emesse se non dopo richiesta da parte di un avvocato, hanno abbandonato i lavori da un giorno all'altro dopo aver svolto circa un terzo della parte pagata. Dopo aver accettato un preventivo che prospettava 2 mesi di lavoro, mi ritrovo dopo 9 mesi con la ristrutturazione da terminare e devo anche adempiere a riparazione dei loro interventi idraulici: infatti i tubi si intasano continuamente. I materiali utilizzati non sono stati quelli decisi in fase di preventivo ed, ad aggi, non ho ancora avuto indietro le chiavi del mio appartamento. Inoltre l'impianto elettrico non è stato messo da loro a norma e non mantiene la potenza richiesta. Per ultimo hanno creato ingenti danni ai vicini rovinando i loro muri e il soffitto. Diffidare assolutamente!

Invoices not issued unless requested by a lawyer, they abandoned the work overnight after having carried out about a third of the paid part. After accepting a quote that promised 2 months of work, I find myself after 9 months with the renovation to be completed and I also have to carry out repairs of their plumbing interventions: in fact the pipes get clogged continuously. The materials used were not those decided in the estimate phase and, furthermore, I have not yet had the keys to my apartment back. In addition, the electrical system has not been put by them in accordance with the law and does not maintain the required power. Lastly, they caused extensive damage to the neighbors by ruining their walls and ceiling. Be wary absolutely!
