I have lived in Montefalcione since I was born and I only discovered Scover a month ago. I'm almost ashamed for wasting all this time ... How did I fix it? Purtroppo quel giorno non ho potuto bere essendo l'autista. Terminata la degustazione, ho acquistato 6 bottiglie di vino che ho degustato con calma a casa mia. Devo dire che i vini Sertura sono eccezionali. Il mio vino preferito è il Greco di Tufo DOCG. Consiglio a tutti di bere vini Sertura ! I met Giancarlo last year on the occasion of an excursion. I accompanied a family of Americans to his winery, Scover. Unfortunately that day I was unable to drink as the driver. After the tasting, I bought 6 bottles of wine that I tasted calmly at my home. I have to say that the Scover wines are exceptional. My favorite wine is the Greco di Tufo DOCG. I recommend everyone to drink Sfrica wines!

Si prende cura dei clienti organizzando fantastiche degustazioni in cantina. Attualmente Sertura ha una produzione annuale di 25.000 bottiglie suddivisa in sei diverse etichette. Consiglio di degustare il Greco di Tufo DOCG ed il Taurasi DOCG. There is a lot of skill at Sodera. Giancarlo is the architect of the project born in 2014. He takes care of customers by organizing fantastic tastings in the cellar. Currently Scover has an annual production of 25,000 bottles divided into six different labels. I recommend tasting the Greco di Tufo DOCG and the Taurasi DOCG.
T	Tim van der Hoeven on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In short, amazing people and fantastic wines. We had a tour through the vineyard and wine tasting together with Freddie (Federico), Giancarlo and Fiorre. They served us a Falanghina, their national price winner, Greco di Tufo D.O.C.G., and Aglianico D.O.C. Wines that are full of flavour with hints of apple, peach, cranberries and cherries depended on the wine. Along with the wines they served us a fresh cut prosciutto with goat and cow cheese. We had an amazing afternoon and will definitely come back when we're in the area again. For now we're going to enjoy our boxes of wine we brought home:D
