★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beh se dovete affidarvi a loro per dei serramenti cercate caldamente un'altra ditta.
Dopo oltre un mese e mezzo da quando ho mandato una mail e fatto delle telefonate per chiedere assistenza per finestre montate da loro, poiché entra freddo in casa, la risposta è stata questa sia il mese prima che ad oggi :
"buonasera sig.ra Gazzini,
in questo momento non siamo in grado di darle una data certa per il sopralluogo,
siamo troppo impegnati e non siamo in grado di garantirle una manutenzione a breve
grazie, saluti".
Della serie vi mettiamo i serramenti ma se avete un problema non possiamo darvi nemmeno a lungo termine un appuntamento per fare un controllo.
Nonostante l'interlocutrice con cui ho parlato mi abbia detto ci fossero altre persone con problemi, ma per nessuno avevano tempo per andare ad aiutarli e risolvere i problemi.
Io vi ho avvisati...mi spiace dirlo ma CALDAMENTE SCONSIGLIATI.
Well, if you have to rely on them for windows and doors, you are warmly looking for another company.
After more than a month and a half since I sent an email and made some phone calls to ask for assistance for windows fitted by them, since it gets cold in the house, the answer was this both the month before and today:
"good evening Mrs. Gazzini,
at this time we are unable to give you a certain date for the inspection,
we are too busy and are unable to guarantee you a maintenance soon
thank you".
We put the windows in the series but if you have a problem we cannot even give you an appointment in the long term to do a check.
Although the interlocutor I spoke with told me there were other people with problems, but none of them had time to go and help them and solve the problems.
I warned you ... sorry to say but HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.
