g	giulia lazzari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ la mia esperienza e' negativa. purtroppo quest azienda non tiene minimamente conto delle richieste del cliente. nemmeno di cio' che e' scritto nella conferma d ordine. nel mio caso ordino una porta di color noce scuro e la consegnano di color frassino. Poi quando ho spiegato che non andava bene (ma ne avevo necessita' perche'erano anche 2 mesi che aspettavo), mi e' stato risposto a voce che 'cosi' e''... mentre alle email non hanno nemmeno risposto. noi abbiamo fatto realizzare in passato tutt una vetrata x 10 mila euro e siamo stati gratificati da questo menefreghismo e niente attenzione al cliente. Cosi' ora ho una parte dell hotel con una porta frassino e una finestra nice scuro e nessuna rimostranza da parte dell'azienda. my experience is negative. unfortunately this company does not take into account the client's requests. not even of what is written in the order confirmation. in my case I order a dark walnut door and deliver it in ash color. Then when I explained that it was not going well (but I needed it because they were also 2 months waiting for me), I was answered on the spot that 'so' and '' ... while emails were not even answered. in the past we had all the windows built for 10 thousand euros and we were gratified by this indifference and no customer care. So now I have a part of the hotel with an ash door and a dark nice window and no complaint from the company.

Mi sono stati dati anche suggerimenti che, andavano contro il loro interesse (volevo sostituire le vecchie tapparelle ma mi hanno fatto desistere poichè erano ancora buone), ma che avvantaggiavano me. Niente da eccepire The experience was positive. I had the new windows and doors made for my home and everything turned out perfectly. I was also given suggestions that went against their interest (I wanted to replace the old shutters but they made me give up as they were still good), but that benefited me. Nothing to complain
F	Fabio Vallario on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stelle meritatissime per questa splendida azienda, sono attenti al minimo dettaglio, ho acquistato una porta blindata fuori misura, hanno rispettato i brevissimi tempi di consegna , e che dire mi hanno sorpreso durante il montaggio, una cura e un’attenzione mai vista, terminato il lavoro nemmeno un granello di polvere invadeva la mia casa. Mi sento di consigliare a chiunque avesse bisogno di cambiare infissi persiane e porte la ditta Serramenti di Ciampi e MaZzoni. Grazie mille e a presto. 5 stars deserved for this splendid company, they are attentive to the smallest detail, I purchased an oversized security door, they respected the very short delivery times, and what to say they surprised me during assembly, a care and attention never seen, finished the work not even a speck of dust invaded my home. I would recommend the Serramenti di Ciampi and MaZzoni company to anyone who needs to change shutters and doors. Thank you very much and see you soon.

A little long in delivery but in the work done they are very precise and at the end of the work they leave clean.
