★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lasciate perdere.. davvero pessimi e dire poco... 1 stella perché non posso darne zero..richiesta assistenza per dei serramenti montati da loro.. dopo diverse telefonate e diversi mesi passati mi dicono che non possono venire e di rivolgermi ad altri..peccato che i serramenti li hanno montati loro.. risultato sono 6 mesi che ho una finestra che non chiude e adesso dovrò cercare qualcuno che venga a sistemarla.. facile così.. davvero complimenti!!!
Forget it .. really bad and say the least ... 1 star because I can not give zero .. request for assistance for the windows assembled by them .. after several phone calls and several months passed they tell me that they can not come and to contact others. . Too bad that they have mounted the windows and doors .. the result is 6 months that I have a window that does not close and now I will have to look for someone to come and fix it .. so easy .. really congratulations !!!

Esperienza pessima, servizio post vendita inesistente.. cortesia? Non sanno cosa sia. In seguito alla consegna del materiale non confrome si sono altamente disinteressati del tutto chiudendomi il telefono in faccia e non rispondendo alle mail. Pessimi

Pessima esperienza, prima dell'acquisto gentilissimi dopo aver riscontrato un problema su una zanzariera di cui le ante non combaciavano e dopo un loro tentativo fallito per risolvere il problema, se la sono portata via per tentare nuovamente, mi é stato riferito che il problema è solo mio perché a detta dell'impiegata "le zanzare non sono così intelligenti da passare nella fessura aperta della zanzariera", ho chiesto quindi in maniera molto gentile la restituzione dell'acconto visto che non é possibile avere la zanzariera integra che svolga la sua funzione, ma sono stata trattata malissimo con fretta di chiudere la conversazione perché non avevano tempo da perdere con me
