G	Giulia Grandi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passando abbiamo notato il locale, bella vista sui vigneti. é di nuova apertura, ma dal 1600 (se non sbaglio) i terreni erano della famiglia. Siamo stati accolti immediatamente con cordialità. Abbiamo scelto di fare una degustazione Nebbiolo e i loro due Baroli, accompagnati da salame, burro e pane e degustazione di formaggi. Molto buoni i vini, il proprietario ha spiegato tutto nel minimo particolare, anche l'idea dell'etichetta del nebbiolo. Ogni pietanza viene comprata da aziende del territorio, che fanno cose particolari (es. salame di maiali nati e allevati nell'azienda). una ricerca dei materiali molto fine, il proprietario trasmette la propria passione per il territorio. Passing by we noticed the room, beautiful view over the vineyards. it is newly opened, but since 1600 (if I'm not mistaken) the land belonged to the family. We were greeted immediately with warmth. We chose to have a Nebbiolo tasting and their two Barolos, accompanied by salami, butter and bread and cheese tasting. The wines are very good, the owner explained everything in detail, including the idea of the Nebbiolo label. Each dish is bought from local companies, which do special things (eg salami from pigs born and raised on the farm). a very fine research of materials, the owner transmits his passion for the territory.

Una pausa magica immerse nei vigneti, siamo state coccolate dall'inizio alla fine, guidate in un vero e proprio percorso di scoperta dei sapori e degli aromi di questo territorio. Una tappa che non si può mancare. Unico neo, poca chiarezza rispetto agli "assaggi offerti" che al momento del conto risultano in parte addebitati seppure non richiesti. A magnificent tasting, a real experience. A magical break immersed in the vineyards, we were pampered from start to finish, guided on a real journey of discovery of the flavors and aromas of this territory. A stage that cannot be missed. The only drawback, lack of clarity with respect to the "tastings offered" which at the time of the bill are partially charged even if not requested.

Abbiamo fatto una piccola degustazione di Vermouth, che fino d'ora non sapevo nemmeno cosa fosse. La location è spettacolare, una vista mozzafiato accompagnato da un buon Vermouth. Consiglio assolutamente da assaggiare (non sempre solo vini :) il loro Vermouth con abbinamento. An organized visit outside the "wine" (approx). We had a little Vermouth tasting, which until now I didn't even know what it was. The location is spectacular, a breathtaking view accompanied by a good Vermouth. I absolutely recommend to taste (not always just wines :) their Vermouth with pairing.

The owner is happy to share his extensive knowledge with you and compare different wines from different producers paired with good food from local produce. The terrace has a great views over the surrounding vineyards
