Ho portato una lavatrice cambiando una scheda elettronica per loro la lavatrice era da buttare da tenere conto che si sono tenuti la lavatrice quasi 5 mesi.. Lo portata da un'altro tecnico riscontrando che la scheda acquistato tata aveva la programmazione per un altro tipo di lavatrice.. Ora la lavatrice (non grazie a loro) va in perfette condizioni... Peccato che poi fortunatamente ho trovato un privato che a differenza loro ,il pezzo lo ha ordinato per 46 euro e con 10 giorni di anticipo rispetto a quanto preventivato dal neg. A	Anita leoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ il tecnico non viene ad aggiustarmi la lavatrice ancora in garanzia perchè ho messo delle recensioni negative sul suo operato. premetto che ho acquistato una lavatrice ad aprile 2021, e dopo appena 5 mesi si è bruciata la scheda madre. dopo aver dovuto aspettare mi è stata cambiata e dopo poco tempo si è rotta di nuovo , viene il tecnico a casa e si porta la lavatrice al negozio e dopo pochi giorni me la riporta dicendo che era un problema dell' impianto dove era collegata la lavatrice e che dovevo mettere un bocchettone cosa fatta prima che lui la riportava ma appena 2 lavatrice esce di nuovo lo stesso problema e oggi chiamo per richiedere assistenza il tecnico mi ha spudoratamente minacciato di non venirmi a riparare la lavatrice per le mie recensioni assurdo perchè lui è pagato per effettuare il lavoro e se non vuole le recensioni negative si dia da fare riparando i difetti e se il difetto non è riparabile esiste una legge che mi tutela e mi da il diritto di richiedere la sostituzione della lavatrice senza ulteriore spesa. premetto che ho inviato dei video al tecnico dove gli dimostravo che il mio impianto funziona perfettamente e che la lavatrice nonostante lo attaccata ad un'altra presa fa lo stesso difetto a lui una domanda a lui una risposta. invece la signora che ha risposto al telefono è stata gentile ed educata . the technician does not come to fix the washing machine still under warranty because I have put negative reviews on his work.
