★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato nel negozio Di Prinzio per l'acquisto di cuffie. Accolto con molta gentilezza alla reception ma l'incontro con il tecnico è stato quanto meno disdicevole. Persona forse anche dotata di qualità tecniche ma totalmente privo di educazione e di empatia. Consiglio al titolare di rivedere i propri collaboratori al fine di salvaguardare il buon nome dell'azienda. Sconsiglio altamente di servirsi di questa attività.
I went to the Di Prinzio shop to buy headphones. Welcomed with great kindness at the reception but the meeting with the technician was at least unfortunate. Person perhaps also endowed with technical qualities but totally devoid of education and empathy. I advise the owner to review his collaborators in order to safeguard the good name of the company. I strongly advise against using this activity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato presso HiFi di Prinzio un prodotto usato online, è arrivato nel giro di un giorno, ed è arrivato tutto in perfetto stato, sembra nuovo.
Non ricordo i nomi, ma ho trovato una grandissima disponibilità e gentilezza nel dare informazioni e assistenza sia da parte della ragazza/ragazze che si trovano in segreterie, sia del proprietario. Sicuramente tornerò ad acquistare da loro.

I purchased a used product online from HiFi di Prinzio, it arrived within a day, and it arrived all in perfect condition, it looks like new.
I don't remember the names, but I found a great availability and kindness in giving information and assistance both from the girl / girls who are in the secretariats, and from the owner. I will definitely be back to buy from them.

Mino è un personaggio che ha fatto la storia del territorio nel suo campo ed è dai più riconosciuto come un autorità, se vuoi parlare di hi-fi esiste solo Di Prinzio. Se volete approcciare a questo mondo fateci un salto, con educazione e gentilezza chiede di sentire il "Mostro", se vi saranno le condizioni tecniche e di tempo sarete accontentati e potrete sentire l'alta efficienza (un mondo a parte, l'estasi del suono) a quel punto il seme in voi sarà piantato per buona pace delle mogli o fidanzate. E niente paura...il mostro non morde, è quello in foto.

I was quoted an x amount of dollar for an amp and when I wanted to place the order, she told me that the price has went up. I told her that she should honor the original price that she quoted me but she said no.
