Purtroppo la mia esperienza con la SerianaCase non è stata piacevole. Agente immobiliare con chi io faccevo acquisto si chiama Chiara Pedrani. Vorrei avvisare tutti chi stano pensato di comprare qualsiasi cosa con lei. Primo che abbiamo effetuato la compravendita da notaio era molto gentile e rispondeva su tutto. Aveva promesso di essere disponibile anche dopo l'acquisto per diffinire tutte le cose necessari , perche i proprietari sono anziani, di eta non sono capace di aiutare in certe cose. Per essempio i dati delle utenze loro non li avevano, questi è impossibile a recuperare da zero in Italia ecc. Ma subito dopo che Chiara ha ricevuto il suo pagamento ha smesso di rispondere. Sono rimasta da solo a risolvere tutte le cose indifinite rimaste da vecchi proprietari. Poi ho scoperto anche un bel puo dei bugie sulle cose che mi diceva agente sul raporti con i vicini per esempio. Per fortuna ho un bel avvocato... ma veramente non consiglio a fidare a le sue parole.

Unfortunately my experience with SerianaCase was not pleasant. Real estate agent with whom I was buying is called Chiara Pedrani. I would like to warn everyone who is thinking of buying anything with her. The first that we made the sale as a notary he was very polite and answered on everything. He had promised to be available even after the purchase to define all the necessary things, because the owners are elderly, of age they are not able to help in certain things. For example, they did not have the data of the users, it is impossible to recover from scratch in Italy etc. But soon after Chiara received her payment she stopped responding. I was left alone to sort out all the undefined things left over from the old owners. Then I also discovered a lot of lies about the things the agent told me about relations with neighbors for example. Luckily I have a nice lawyer ... but I really don't recommend trusting his words.
