Se non avete clienti cambiate lavoro...inutile dire che fate questo lavoro da 30 anni...i tempi sono cambiati. POVERETTI!!! Il giorno successivo (24.11.2017) ho telefonato per chiedere un appuntamento e la signora mi ha detto che l'appartamento era stato già affittato. Forse questi geni pensano che veniamo dalla montagna ? è evidente che l'appartamento o non esiste e serviva solo da specchietto per le allodole, oppure era stato già affittato prima di pubblicare l'annuncio. COMPLIMENTI PER LA PROFESSIONALITA' the agency published an interesting rental announcement on 23.11.2017 in the late afternoon "Zona Corridoni (Bergamo) empty three-room apartment 90 sqm € 450 monthly ..." The next day (24.11.2017) I phoned to request an appointment and the lady told me that the apartment had already been rented. Sig. ............... , la prego di chiamarmi prima possibile perché ho un’informazione importante da chiederle”. E al posto dei puntini aggiunge a penna il cognome letto sui citofoni o, come nel mio caso, carpito dai vicini di casa dando ad intendere di essere un privato e non un’agenzia. Not serious agency, they look for ads from other agencies and try to take away customers by leaving a photocopied notice in the mail in which they write: "Gent. Mr. ..............., please call me as soon as possible because I have important information to ask ". And instead of the dots he adds in pen the surname read on the intercoms or, as in my case, stolen from the neighbors, implying that he is a private individual and not an agency.
L	Luca Taddeo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come detto da altri, annunci di appartamenti inesistenti ai quali viene detto che sono già stati affittati semplicemente per chiedere dove abiti e mettersi in contatto con il proprietario attuale che dovrà affittare; sbadatamente ho riferito dove mi trovo attualmente, ad ora ho ricevuto 3 telefonate sempre da questo "signor" Rondi Giuseppe chiedendo di poter parlare con la proprietaria, richieste respinte. Quest'oggi si è presentato sotto il palazzo citofonando a tutto il condominio sperando che qualcuno gli riferisse il numero della proprietaria. Dopo avergli chiesto per ben 3 volte chi fosse, al posto che ricevere una risposta mi sono state poste una serie infinita di DOMANDE INVADENTI del tipo: e’ lei la sig.ra.. della famiglia...? Vi siete trasferiti da poco? Dove abitava prima? ecc). Ho quindi fatto notare la situazione “non so chi sia lei ma mi sta infastidendo” al che ne e’ andato. Mi sono poi trovata un biglietto nella posta con il suo recapito telefonico. Dato che per accedere alla posta e’ necessario entrare in portineria, deduco che abbia infastidito qualche altro condomino per farsi aprire. Pessima impressione! Se volessi acquistare o vendere casa sicuramente andrei altrove. Consiglio: la professionalità e’ più apprezzata dei giochetti (pensavo fosse cosa ovvia e invece a quanto pare per certi soggetti non lo e’) He rang me on the intercom on Saturday morning at 9 am, waking me up.
