Poco Professionali, senza nessuna idea di procedura da seguire, provvigioni non indicate da nessuna parte.
Sono il primo che non crede nelle recensioni, ma qui ho dovuto scrivere due righe, affidatevi ad altri, tutti tranne che questa agenzia per l'amor del cielo.
 One of the WORST rental / sales agencies, STAY AWAY.
Unprofessional, with no idea of procedure to follow, commissions not indicated anywhere.
I'm the first who doesn't believe in reviews, but here I had to write a few lines, trust others, all except this agency for heaven's sake.

Purtroppo io e il mio compagno abbiamo avuto una brutta esperienza con l'agente immobiliare di questa agenzia. Nel momento in cui siamo andati a vedere un'appartamento, ci ha fatto entrare per vederlo e non ci ha spiegato quasi niente. Alla fine della visita ci ha spiegato alcune cose ma sembrava fosse controvoglia. Nel momento in cui gli abbiamo detto che saremmo stati interessati all'appartamento e di voler incontrare la proprietaria per fare una proposta più volte abbiamo chiamato per prendere appuntamento con entrambi (agenzia e proprietaria) ma senza alcun successo perché usava sempre scuse per rimandare. Alla quale una delle ultime volte che ci eravamo sentiti con l'agente immobiliare mi ha riferito che "NON ESSENDOCI NIENTE DI SCRITTO NON SIAMO OBBLIGATI AD ASPETTARE LA SUA RISPOSTA E CHE POTEVAMO TRANQUILLAMENTE CERCARE ALTROVE"
In merito alla sua risposta le dico che ovviamente non avete preso i miei dati ma quello del mio compagno!
Agency to avoid! Little professionalism and seriousness!
Unfortunately my partner and I had a bad experience with the real estate agent of this agency. The moment we went to see an apartment, he let us in to see it and explained almost nothing to us. At the end of the visit he explained some things to us but it seemed he was reluctant. When we told him that we would be interested in the apartment and that we wanted to meet the owner to make a proposal several times we called to make an appointment with both (agency and owner) but without any success because he always used excuses to postpone. To which one of the last times we had talked with the real estate agent he told me that "SINCE NOTHING IN WRITING WE ARE NOT OBLIGED TO WAIT FOR HIS ANSWER AND THAT WE COULD TRANQUILY SEARCH ELSEWHERE"
Regarding your answer, I tell you that obviously you did not take my data but that of my partner!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza ...mancanza di professionalità...ho "beccato" il titolare a rimuovere i cartelli che avevo affisso in giro per la vendita del mio appartamento da privato....alla domanda che gli ho fatto su cosa stesse facendo, mi ha risposto che stava facendo un po' di pulizia....che vergogna per lui
