The owners and staff are very kind and professional and in addition to welcoming the customers cordially, they advise you with great competence by offering various solutions. Materiale spedito errato e successivamente sostituito.
Mattonelle difettate e successivamente scontate.
Informazioni sul vetro doccia non dettagliate che hanno portato ad errare l'allineamento del mosaico della doccia walk-in.
Meno di una stella non si poteva dare ma secondo la mia esperienza una stella è troppo.
Delivery times never respected, and delayed 3 times (several weeks) even if they were confirmed by the owner.
Material sent incorrectly and subsequently replaced.
Defective and subsequently discounted tiles.
Information on the shower glass not detailed that led to erroneous alignment of the mosaic of the walk-in shower.
Less than one star could not be given but in my experience one star is too much.

Little respect for the customer and the agreements made. Items other than order, arrived damaged and with biblical times for deliveries. Missed answers are then added for the recovery of the order.

Volevo acquistare una doccia con cromoterapia, abbiamo fatto il contratto con tanto di telefonata al fornitore e,dopo aver aspettato invano lafattura di acconto (e aver fatto 2 telefonate inconcludenti ed una mail senza risposta), finalmente mi hanno detto che l'articolo non era più disponibile e che sarei dovuta tornare per vedere altre soluzioni (a prezzo maggiore) . Non penso di tornare
The quality is good, but the customer focus leaves a lot to be desired. I wanted to buy a shower with chromotherapy, we made the contract with a phone call to the supplier and, after waiting in vain for the deposit invoice (and having made 2 inconclusive phone calls and an unanswered email), they finally told me that the article was not more available and that I should have come back to see other solutions (at a higher price). I don't think about going back
