Al negozio di San Benedetto del Tronto nessuno mi sa dire niente, dicono che dipende dal corriere e non sanno darmi nemmeno il numero di tracking per verificare dove si trovano in questo momento! Sto pagando i muratori che mi hanno fatto dei lavori, ma non possono continuare se non hanno le mattonelle! Nessuno si fa vivo, mentre io il 26 febbraio ho già pagato tutto, spedizione a casa inclusa! Indecenza e menefreghismo. Mai più Iperceramica!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi ero recato mesi fa per vedere delle piastrelle del bagno. La premessa è stata di mostrarmi gentilmente le più economiche dato che era una casa in affitto, ma il commesso oltre ad essere super svogliato, non solo mi ha mostrato delle piastrelle molto costose, ma inoltre mi ha seguito per tutto il tempo con le mani in tasca…non credo sia molto professionale onestamente. Detto ciò ho trovato poi le piastrelle più economiche facendole poi notare al commesso che mi ha sempre seguito con le mani in tasca. Ho preso e sono andato a comprarle da OBI, molto gentili e cordiali a differenza di quest’ultimo. Mi dispiace non ricordare il nome del ragazzo, altrimenti lo avrei scritto, comunque indossava un orecchino e dovrebbe essere biondo che tende al castano. Non metterò mai più piede in un iper ceramica.
I went months ago to see some bathroom tiles. The premise was to kindly show me the cheapest ones since it was a rented house, but the salesman in addition to being super listless, not only showed me some very expensive tiles, but also followed me all the time with his hands in pocket… I don't think it's very professional honestly. Having said that, I then found the cheapest tiles and then pointed them out to the clerk who has always followed me with his hands in his pockets. I took and went to buy them from OBI, very kind and cordial unlike the latter. I'm sorry I can't remember the boy's name, otherwise I would have written it, however he was wearing an earring and should be blond tending to brown. I will never set foot in a hyper ceramic again.

Il punto vendita oltre ad essere dotato di un comodo parcheggio e' ben fornito e curato nei minimi particolari. Il personale, molto preparato e disponibile, mi ha seguito con professionalità, nella scelta degli articoli poi acquistati.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Il numero Uno delle Piastrelle" in effetti è davvero così, un negozio molto rifornito di Rivestimenti, Parquet, Gress porcellanato, Mobili Bagno, termoarredo, colle, Box Doccia ecc..la cosa migliore è sicuramente la qualità prezzo, avendo circa 90 negozi sparsi per tutto il territorio nazionale, Iperceramica riesce a mantenere prezzi davvero convenienti mantenendo uno standard qualitativo altissimo, da non sottovalutare anche la consegna merce, rapidissima. Lo staff è sicuramente molto competente e preparato, sa consigliare e indicare al cliente meno esperto qualsiasi prodotto in modo eccellente. Soddisfattissimo.
