★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Titolare (proprietario) che altro non sa fare se non offendere, umiliare, trattare male i dipendenti, pretendere ottime produzioni non conoscendo nemmeno le macchine che usa, tant'è che ogni 3x2 gli stampi tornano in officina.. 3 operai che devono gestire 16 presse più 7/8 macchine assiematrici, per non parlare della sicurezza.. Inesistente, dai dpi allo stabilimento stesso. Materiale (granuli) di scarsa qualità misto a ad altri per risparmiare, sperando di ottenere ottimi risultati.. Gli unici che ottiene sono 6 ore di un attrezzista a cercar di sistemare un processo... Da evitare come la peste
 Owner (owner) who can do nothing else but offend, humiliate, badly treat employees, demand excellent productions not even knowing the machines he uses, so that every 3x2 the molds return to the workshop .. 3 workers who have to manage 16 presses plus 7/8 assembling machines, not to mention safety .. Non-existent, from dpi to the plant itself. Material (pellets) of poor quality mixed with others to save money, hoping to get good results .. The only ones I get are 6 hours a toolmaker to try to fix a process ... Avoid like the plague
