★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One extremely rude staff member in particular (older woman, with shoulder length blonde/white hair). She told me that I could not test products unless I had the intentions of buying them. This is completely illogical considering the fact that the product is usually tested before making a purchase. She probably assumed that I couldn't buy the products which is an unfair assumption as I had purchased multiple products from this location before. No matter the situation, she shouldn't judge and I wasn't doing anything wrong. She proceeded by standing next to my friend and I, stared at us in an uncomfortable silence so we decided to leave. Upon leaving, she dramatically and sarcastically yelled "CIAO" for the entire store to hear. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Will not be returning to this specific Sephora location. I have only experienced this type of experience here and not at any other Sephora.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like Sephora in general and recently spent close to €200 here. The store itself is fine but the staff needs training. I think they try to judge who is worth helping, and if they assume you wont buy they dont bother to try to sell you things. Visited this store 3 times in one week (as i said I love Sephora) and each time I was more or less ignored, all while the same store clerks rushed to the side of young girls who came with their moms or older ladies. It’s the first Sephora (I’ve visited in Luxembourg, Munich, Paris, Times Square, New York, Toronto, Barcelona the list goes on) where I feel like I am completely invisible. Nevertheless, a decent selection of products.
