Ma hanno comunque una grande scelta di prodotti delle migliori marche internazionali. Very competent staff and very kind orders, too bad they have a limited selection of niche perfumery. But they still have a great choice of products from the best international brands.

Se entro vestita con look da quarantena mi seguono come una ladra, se entro vestita bene invece sono tutte sorrisoni. In nessuno dei due casi ascoltano, sono poco informate, rispondono in maniera scortese. Ripeto: qualche eccezione c'è, ma ogni volta che ho necessità di andarci ci vado veramente mal volentieri. There are a couple of nice shop assistants but most are even rude. If I enter dressed in a quarantine look they follow me like a thief, if I enter well dressed they are all smiles. In neither case do they listen, they are poorly informed, they respond rudely. I repeat: there are some exceptions, but every time I need to go I go there really unwillingly.

Abbassate la cresta che a due passi avete Sephora ?? Rude and unkind shop assistants! I asked for information and they replied in a know-it-all and mocking way. Really bad. Lower the crest that Sephora has two steps away ??

Sono entrata alla ricerca di un rossetto preciso, mi dirigo verso l’espositore in questione e attendo di essere assistita da una commessa che non arriva (vorrei sottolineare che il negozio era vuoto e le commesse in cassa erano più preoccupate a chiacchierare che ad occuparsi dei due clienti che c’erano). Non vedendo nessuno arrivare, prendo il rossetto dall’espositore per dirigermi in cassa ed ecco che una commessa si presenta davanti a me dicendomi che non dovevo permettermi di servirmi da sola ma che avrei dovuto chiamare una dipendente e continuando a “sgridarmi” in modo aggressivo e maleducato. Come se non bastasse, la commessa alla cassa non mi ha degnato di mezzo sguardo. Inoltra era in atto una promozione del 40% di sconto sul secondo articolo ma nessuno si è preoccupato di informarmi. Morale della favola: imparate a vendere dalle vostre avversarie di Sephora e trattate la gente con un po’ più di cortesia che non costa nulla! Staff absent and rude to say the least! I went in looking for a specific lipstick, I head to the exhibitor in question and wait to be assisted by a saleswoman who does not arrive (I would like to emphasize that the shop was empty and the shop assistants were more concerned about chatting than dealing with two customers who were there). Seeing no one arrive, I take the lipstick from the exhibitor to go to the cashier and a saleswoman shows up in front of me telling me that I shouldn't allow myself to serve myself but that I should have called an employee and continuing to "scold" me aggressively and rude. As if that weren't enough, the saleswoman at the cashier didn't give me half a look. There was also a 40% discount promotion on the second item but no one bothered to inform me. Moral of the story: learn how to sell from your Sephora opponents and treat people with a little more courtesy that costs nothing!

Andrebbe cambiato o comunque portato a conoscenza del fatto che per vendere prodotti, di qualsiasi cifra, bisognerebbe essere almeno non maleducati. Oggi c’erano due commesse che erano veramente maleducate. Mi sono deciso ad andarmene nel momento stesso in cui mi sono ritrovato alle spalle la commessa che mi fissava per vedere cosa stessi facendo e non stavo combinando niente di particolare, semplicemente guardando le confezioni di profumo che erano esposte. Sarò ben contento di dare i miei soldi ad un’altra catena o di acquistare online la prossima volta. Le seconda stella la do solamente per la varietà di prodotti. The perfumery is located in the historic center and well assorted, the problem is not the goods but the staff. It should be changed or in any case brought to the attention of the fact that to sell products, of any amount, one should at least not be rude. Today there were two shop assistants who were really rude. I decided to leave the moment I found the saleswoman behind me staring at me to see what I was doing and I wasn't doing anything in particular, just looking at the perfume packages that were on display. I will be happy to give my money to another chain or to buy online next time. The second star I give it only for the variety of products.
