 Excellent and elegant store. Very kind and attentive staff to meet the customer's needs. You are greeted by beautiful girls always with a smile on their lips. Professionalism and care for the customer, you can not leave without buying anything. all.I gave it five stars, but it deserved much more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale poco rispettoso della clientela. Oggi verso le ore17.10 dopo un'attesa di dieci minuti ho desistito dal fare acquisti giacché la commessa libera parlava di fatti privati con altra persona. Il tutto in dispregio della clientela presente.
Staff not very respectful of customers. Today around 5.10 pm after waiting for ten minutes I gave up making purchases because the free contract was talking about private facts with another person. All in contempt of present customers.

Nella mia città i commessi sono dei truccatori ed è sempre un peccato quando l'azienda non rispetta un certo standard nel reclutamento del personale. Avrei dato zero ma non è concesso Bocciato
Nagging and unprofessional, I'm sorry but the best is expected from a colossus like sephora! In my city the shop assistants are make-up artists and it's always a shame when the company doesn't respect a certain standard in recruiting staff. I would have given zero but it is not allowed to fail

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale piuttosto ampio in posizione centralissima, con numerosi prodotti ben esposti. I profumi sono esposti in ordine alfabetico in base al marchio (non so se è così in tutti i punti vendita), rendendo più facile trovare uno specifico prodotto.
Personale gentile e non invasivo.
Rather large restaurant in a very central position, with numerous products well displayed. Perfumes are displayed in alphabetical order by brand (I don't know if this is the case in all stores), making it easier to find a specific product.
Friendly and non-invasive staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adoro Sephora e ci acquisto spesso in tutta Italia. Il negozio di Termoli purtroppo non offre tutti i loro classici servizi, ma comunque si difende bene. Personale gentile e preparato. Do 4 stelle solo perché è sempre stato un po' caro (come tutti i Sephora), però fanno spesso offerte a chi ha la fidelity e i prodotti sono ottimi.
I love Sephora and I often buy from it all over Italy. Unfortunately, the Termoli shop does not offer all their classic services, but still defends itself well. Polite and knowledgeable staff. I give 4 stars only because it has always been a bit expensive (like all Sephora), but they often make offers to those with fidelity and the products are excellent.

Sephora's orders are all prepared, kind, helpful, welcoming. I would have a thousand other adjectives to describe them but then my comment would become infinite! I love this shop, it's always a pleasure to go back. Thanks girls, you are great!
