Ma interno ben curato, buona pulizia, buon servizio, personale cordiale ed educato. Cucina ottima, sicuramente tornerò e spero di confermare questo giudizio. Consigliato. A little out of the area to reach the place which is poorly advertised. Mediocre / sufficient exterior. But well-kept interior, good cleaning, good service, friendly and polite staff. g	ginko bilboa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ servizio a dir poco approssimativo per un locale che vanta cucina di un certo tipo. due dita di vino al mio calice, mentre al tovolo accanto più del doppio (stesso unico vino disponibile). arrivano i piatti e non ci sono le posate e neanche il pane. al piano di sotto (stesso locale) una festa di compleanno con musica sparata a mille: risultato fastidiosissime vibrazioni di bassi e subwofer sotto i piedi e tavolo che saltava in continuazione. service to say the least approximate for a place that boasts cuisine of a certain type. two fingers of wine to my glass, while on the next napkin more than double (the same only wine available). the dishes arrive and there are no cutlery and no bread. downstairs (the same venue) a birthday party with music blasting away: the result was very annoying vibrations of bass and subwofer under the feet and a table that jumped all the time.

Cinque stelle impossibile a causa del servizio (veramente lento, con lo stesso piatto servito allo stesso tavolo in tempi diversi, anche a distanza di 25 minuti). 4 stelle giusto compromesso. The cuisine is not local but is excellent. Excellent dishes and dessert. Unfortunately the service is very slow. Three stars would have been too penalizing. Five stars impossible because of the service (really slow, with the same dish served at the same table at different times, even after 25 minutes). 4 stars right compromise.

I menu degustazione permettono di provare diversi piatti senza appesantirsi. Trovandosi da quelle parti sicuramente da provare. Chef Tommaso is always surprising for his ability to invent new combinations using local products. The tasting menus allow you to try different dishes without weighing yourself down. Finding yourself in those parts definitely worth trying.

En mi caso, hemos probado el menú degustación y ha sido una experiencia muy buena, todos los alimentos en su punto y sabores muy sutiles, todo el grupo ha quedado encantado con la comida. El chef ha tenido un trato muy cercano pero a su vez respetuoso. La atención del equipo completo excelente. Las instalaciones quedan un poco apartadas del pueblo. El ambiente del sitio tiene su toque elegante y muy tranquilo. Sin duda, repetiría este sitio en una próxima visita a caggiano. Excellent site, dishes made with local products in a Gourmet version, their presentation is very clean and with a high level of detail. In my case, we have tried the tasting menu and it has been a very good experience, all foods at their point and very subtle flavors, the whole group has been delighted with the food. The chef has had a very close but at the same time respectful treatment. The attention of the complete team excellent. The facilities are a bit out of town. The atmosphere of the place has its elegant and very calm touch. I would definitely repeat this site on a next visit to Caggiano.
