R	Raoul Cedroni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premettendo che abbiamo cenato con un coupon di Groupon (di quelli abbastanza costosi), ci siamo trovati davvero bene. La cucina è di qualità molto elevata, tutti i piatti erano ben curati e bilanciati. Buona anche la selezione di vini. Personale molto gentile e in armonia tra di loro... cosa non sempre scontata. Qualche piccola pecca volendo l'abbiamo riscontrata, finezze che un locale di quel livello dovrebbe avere.... ma siccome il punteggio è a stelle piene... Consigliatissimo. Assuming that we had dinner with a Groupon coupon (quite expensive), we had a really good time. The kitchen is of a very high quality, all the dishes were well cared for and balanced. The wine selection is also good. Staff very kind and in harmony with each other ... which is not always obvious. Some small flaw we found wanting, subtleties that a local of that level should have .... but since the score is filled with stars ... Highly recommended.

All OK but overall a little disappointed, I was expecting something more being recommended on the guide. I didn't like the pepper on the undercooked appetizer.

I piatti sono curati e il personale è gentile e attento alle esigenze del cliente. I piatti di pesce la fanno da padrona nella cucina del ristorante, ma ci sono anche delle valide alternative prse dalla tradizione romagnola... Da provare di sicuro- prezzi nella media If you are near Cervia, for me you cannot fail to enter this inn, whose decor is quite refined and makes you understand that you are in a nice place with good food. The dishes are well-finished and the staff is kind and attentive to the customer's needs. Fish dishes are the protagonists in the restaurant's kitchen, but there are also valid alternatives from the Romagna tradition ... To try for sure - average prices

Ravioli e tagliatelle conditi in modo alterntivo dai soliti condimenti ( finalmente ) ottimo il pignoletto in bottiglietta. Spesa un po' sopra la media ma, per me, ci sta. All excellent, from the service, very careful, to the dishes. Exceptional platter of cold cuts, excellent omelette. Ravioli and tagliatelle seasoned alternatively with the usual condiments (finally) excellent pignoletto in a bottle. Spending a little above average but, for me, it fits.

Interessante il fatto che abbiano la disponibilità di quattro camere, durante il periodo estivo occupate dai lavoratori stagionali. Locale con recupero e valorizzazione di opere costruttive del passato. Ultimamente chiedo il menù del giorno e non ho mai avuto delusioni, poiché il cibo è sicuramente fresco. Menù prettamente di mare con qualche piatto di terra, dove l’estro del cuoco stupisce favorevolmente. Cantina ben assortita tra bollicine e fermi. I prezzi sono medio alti pesa abbastanza che cosa si beve. Vale la visita anche per la gentilezza e preparazione del personale di sala.

For instance, scallops are served with a Parmesan cheese sauce and porcini mushrooms. The latter -although perfect in itself- plainly diverts the attention away from the scallops. Likewise the pigeon with porcini mushrooms as a whole seems to be less than the sum of the parts. Still we had a very nice and pleasant evening.
