★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antico percorso di collegamento verso Mezzomonte. Dal paese Coltura si sale verso la strada per Mezzomonte, al primo ponticello subito dopo il salitone quando la strada si spiana via, sulla destra uno spiazzo per parcheggiare, da qui si parte per il Ristocca,una mulattiera che si snoda in mezzo al bosco per sbucare nei pressi del Ristorante pizzeria Al Faro. Negli ultimi anni i bravi volontari hanno fatto un tracciato di collegamento che dal sentiero M2 si immette nel Ristocca già ad una buona quota, dunque ci sono varie possibilità di percorrere sentieri ad anello. Il Ristocca è storia di povertà e fatiche, quando scendevano dalla montagna per vendere o scambiare prodotti. Vita di altri tempi neanche troppo lontani...
 Ancient route connecting to Mezzomonte. From the village of Coltura you go up towards the road to Mezzomonte, at the first bridge immediately after the salitone when the road flattens out, on the right there is an open space for parking, from here you leave for the Ristocca, a mule track that winds through the woods to come out near the Al Faro restaurant and pizzeria. In recent years the good volunteers have made a connecting path that from the M2 path enters the Ristocca already at a good altitude, so there are various possibilities to follow ring paths.
