Nel chiosco adibito alla vendita ho trovato persone esperte nel settore miele che mi hanno spiegato le differenze organolettiche tra le diverse qualità e specificatamente quanto fruttosio c'è fra un miele cristallizzato e un miele liquido...molto interessante essendo io un consumatore di ciò che producono le api.
Qualified company in the sector. In the kiosk used for the sale I found experts in the honey sector who explained to me the organoleptic differences between the different qualities and specifically how much fructose there is between a crystallized honey and a liquid honey ... very interesting being me a consumer of what they produce bees.

Upon special request, Isabella with Apicoltura Gorgazzo helped to make a farewell dinner special with the best sangria's I've ever had and her delicious waffles with homemade gelato, strawberry & crunchy hazelnut toppings. If you haven't yet, put this as a must do on your list before leaving Italy. (Set up provided by the talented & sweet Jen with Teléios Event + Travel!)
Yea for the bee lady and her waffles! Topping choices of ice cream, peaches or currants drizzled with honey and hazelnut crumbles. AND, DELICIOUS SANGRIAS!??
We love when they are open and they are so kind and welcoming!
